Under 16's must bring a parent or legal guardian to sign the consent form. Please remember to bring UK government approved photographic I.D (passport or provisional/full drivers license) to every appointment, without it I cannot pierce and will unfortunately have to turn you away, this can result in you being charged a cancellation fee. All age restrictions are in place for insurance reasons and cannot be ignored.
